  • Returns are only accepted for jewellery that has a proven manufacturing defect.
  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, certificates, and warranties.
    
  • Customized or personalized items, as well as items altered by third-party jewellers, are not eligible for return.

  2. We cover the shipping cost for returns that are due to manufacturing defects.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued for the defective item via the original payment method.

Eligibility for Exchanges:
Exchanges are only allowed for jewellery with manufacturing defects.
